It has become a trend for Hatton and his camp making excuses for when he has lost or had a bad performance.

Collazo - Fight was at 147, put on the weight wrong, short notice, should have pulled out of fight.

Urango - Virus, should have pulled out of fight.

Mayweather - Fight was at 147.

Lazcano - Another virus, should have pulled out of fight.

Pacquiao - Bad training camp, should have pulled out of fight.

don't like reading this crap after what happened.

So this great trainer he went on about is now shite etc...

He looked in great shape to me and certainly wasn't lacking in confidence.

They will be saying it was unfair that Manny was allowed to hit him when his guard was down next.

I agree after reading this - he defo isn't retiring. You know now I wouldn't be surprised if we saw him challenging one of the top ten p4p fighters again in the next 12 months/ I am sure an wasy comeback win can be orchestrated

The hatton cash cow is not out of milk yet

He shouldn't be ALLOWED to get anywhere NEAR a top ten p4p fighter in the future. The way he lost to Pacquiao showed he never should've been top 10 to begin with.

apparently, out of his recent fights, it's only the Maligfaggi fight where Ricky has no thoughts of pulling out...

i'm a big fan of hattons, but you know what....they goto stop all this excuse buisness. when he lost to mayweather it was billy's fault, this time is mayweather snr's fault.......fact is roach said manny would ko him in under 3 rounds, they even showed on 24/7 how they was goner do it, ricky even made fun of manny and roach when he said " right hand roll, right hand roll, right hand roll...thats all he does" he got beat again by the better boxer so leave it at that, he's a national hero, millions in the bank, had a good career.........dont keep blaming your trainers for loses, you lost to the top guys in the world theres no shame in that

he should blame himself for underestimating pac. he made fun of him in 24/7 about the hook and roll tactic and he got hit by that almost every single time. thats what happen when you grow your nuts too big thinking you are what you think youre not and your lights gets turned off. now you blame mayweather. ricky knows he is not into the sweet science. all he knows what to do is maul people. he keeps saying that people are looking too much into the dela hoya vs pac match up. he was also comparing it to the hatton vs mallinaggi fight and thought he learned how to box. when i saw him in the weigh in looking like he came from a WW2 concentration camp, all the chances for him being in the fight just went out the window.
