In the first fight he lost 6 of the first 8 rounds, the best he could have conceivably had was a draw.
Second fight he started earlier, but Taylor held his nerve better and finished the final round better than B Hop so deserved 115-113.
I think Hopkins insistent belief he won the first fight led to him not changing his gameplan for the second.
If he still sees himself as cheated I think it is bad omen for the Tarver fight.....
He needs to be active from the beginning.
UD decision for Tarver, Hopkins will no doubt claim he was robbed again after a late flurry over the final 2 rounds.![]()
