Only eat when hungry, and when eating snacks eat fruit. Set a time a night as to when to stop eating. Maybe 7 or 8.
I decided to buck up my ideas a couple of weeks ago and dropped from 163 to about 154/5 in a matter of about 10 days. ( 11.7 to hovering around 10.9/11 )
