Champions aren't made in gyms. Champions are made from something they have deep inside them - a desire, a dream, a vision.

While I agree it is funny as quoted on the article.
One thing that can't be denied is the preparation that is done when you train at Romanza in Mexico City.
Nacho hasn't tooken over dozen fighters to the promise land and he hasn't won over 30 title fights just on luck.
It's obvious he's done something right for all these years.
Since Zaragoza through Lopez and into JMM you can't denie that his training strategies when applied properly by his "long term" fighters has proven to be one of thee if not thee most effective training their is.
When I picture Nacho at Romanza I try to picture his thought process and how he views JMM in the ring and how he pictures PBF in there.
While I know one can't be 100% prepared for what will happen once fists fly Nacho is surgeon and as the fight goes along he knows what to say and he knows how to counter attacks.
I will admit and I've brought this up several times.
The man is getting up there in age I just hope whomever is working closely with him is writting everything down and has a library of notes he's taken.
Even if JMM will try to lift boulders, it won't change anything... PBF still has all the advantages and remain a 4 to 1 favorite to defeat JMM in this tune-up fight...
But props to JMM's dedication in training... I'm just hoping he can give a good fight and not a boring technical chess match waiting game...

Especially at 147: Floyd Mayweather - Juan Manuel Marquez Will Be Fought At 147!

hatton was in relatively unknown territory albeit fighting tszyu in britain and being allowed to bully castillo on the inside.
Marquez on the other hand has been there and done that - he has taken a 3 knock down battering from pacquiao and got off the canvas to convincingly beat manny.
If you think floyd is gonna be the victor thats fine, if however you think floyd is gonna blow JMM away you are completely insane.
Mayweather to win a lop sided decision in a fight that fails to impress anybody
one dangerous horrible bloke

I really think the onnnnnnly motivation for Mayweather is that mythical and somewhat pointless top 'p4p' spot.....but at the end of the day Manny is the # 1 Jr.Welt......Marquez is the # 1 Lightweight.

[quote=hattonthehammer;732588]you scare the shiit out of me with your lack of depth and comprehension.
How can you box someone to a lopsided desicion without being impressive?
I stated that Mayweather would beat JMM comprehensively and convincingly without controversy, something Pac failed to do..
So how would a lop sided desicion not support that? Not to mention not impress? Whats impressive? Knocking a guy out and having him vault into a ring post or getting sparked tits up by a left cross
I never claimed a mortal combat style fatality type demolition of JMM
its just humorous you would rebut my point in one paragraph, then support it with your last sentence

As ive said all along floyd at no point will wish to engage JMM in his style of fight and will be far too good at punching and moving to not take at least 9-10 of the rounds.
At the same time it`ll be as frustrating to the fans in attendance that night as your endless retarded comments on this board are to me.
Now clean that sand out of your vagina and fuck right off................![]()
one dangerous horrible bloke
I have said it all too many times in the past that Pac has beaten older guys that have a come straight foward style except JMM which actually many view as losses. The common thread is that Pac has never fought a quick, fast afoot / fast fists fighter or fighter with greater power at natural weight. ( in summary the better athlete)
Mosley, Mayweather, Guzman, etc .... In speaking to my filipino friends they brought it to my attention that he has not faced a "talented black fighter" . It had never crossed my mind but they are right !
