Wow, what a champ Mayweather is. 144 would have been enough of a disadvantage for Marquez. I guess he wants a early ko so he can claim that the the greatest fighter ever, once againI stopped a guy that not even Pac could...eehh... I hope that Juan can surprise him, just dont see it happening.

Now this is fast becoming of a joke tune-up fight... JMM fighting PBF at 147??

Why is it a joke? Marquez wants to fight the best guy possible at 147. He is also willing to fight PBF at his own weight class. I think your a bit miffed that he has made a fight Pac would never take. Afterall he won't fight Cotto or Mosley at 147, Marquez will though.
You know I'm right.
You got it wrong and you're defending the wrong guy... Props to JMM for agreeing (or was he forced to agree) to fight at 147... But how about PBF??PBF already has all the tangible advantages over JMM if the fight is made at 143 and how much more at 147?? PBF is making a joke to us fight fans... He's already a 4 to 1 favorite to defeat JMM at 143 and then he still allowed this fight to have a limit of 147 which in effect will give him huge advantage in the size department (of course he will since he's a pussy, a joke)... JMM was only fighting at 140 on the night of his last fight...
First I consider this match-up as a tune up fight for PBF, now it becomes a joke tune-up fight...

So you'd expect Mayweather to weigh around 150ish come fight night? That's roughly what he was for his last fight at 147 right?
So when JMM fought at 135 he came in at 140 come fight night. That right there is a 10lb difference between Floyd and Marquez.
So if that makes this fight a 'joke' what do you make of Cotto or Margarito weighing in 10lbs heavier than Floyd come fight night? Because that is what would happen. Or is that ok?

kudos to JMM! his courage is beyond question.
and to that wuss FMJ he just announced to the whole world that he is indeed a bigger pussy than originally thought.
Actually on ESPN it reported that the fight is at a maximum of 144 and that the other reports are false. Floyd is walking around at 146 now that he is back training hard and quoted that he never even went over 152 even during his layoff. I can see that. PBF has always looked slim even in retirement. Anyway, I believe the ESPN report and that the fight is actually at 144. This makes more sense anyway, especially if PBF only weighs 146ish. I don't know why he never wants to cut weight. He could still fight at 140 with no problem and 135 with little problems.
I Agree with what Michael Marley said about this fight, that this is about money, and Mayweather is doing a good job.
Floyd is aware that in order to stop Pacman Phenomenon is to batter pacman's nemesis, nightmare, whatever you call it. A Unanimous decision will only make him look bad, but a win with no less than KO is like shoving Manny's ass with sandpaper. He knew this thats why he's making moves on how to secure a KO. Choose a midget mexican, a natural lightweight, untested at 140 and fight him at 147. Plain and simple.
But this is a gamble on Mayweather's part. If Marquez lose this fight on his feet, Mayweather will look like a sorry ass.
