The Ring have had him P4P ranked at times since 2005. How is that in his weightclass, you dummy? That means the predominantly American experts believed he was one of the ten very BEST boxers on earth.

British fans don't have HBO TV in their homes.

You named eight fighters, then said the rest Hatton smoked were "Brit fags." Now you want Americans and South Americans of merit?

Look at this resume of Crap Ricky Hatton!! One big win vs Kostya and that is it . Collazo got robbed and JLC was already waisted lol ... many meals beyond his prime. 2 stud matches and the lights went out in London both times !!!
Resume of crap? You must be smoking some of that good stuff in Cali.

    Michael Stewart-Solid to good fighter
Kostya Tszyu-One of the best 140 Boxers
    Carlos Maussa-Soild to good fighter
    Luis Collazo-Very good slick fighter
    Juan Urango-Good fighter
Jose Luis Castillo-Great fighter, but he was shot
    Juan Lazcano-Soild to good fighter
Paulie Malignaggi-Good fighter, many thought he would be Hatton

and then of course the two losses to Pacquiao and Mayweather.

People can take digs at Hatton all night long, but he deserves a lot of credit. In recent years he has always tried to make big fights happen. He lost the two big ones, but he has beaten other fighters with strong resumes.

Hatton getting blown out like he did was always going to lead to revisionism regarding his credentials. But Hatton has been a very solid fighter for a good seven years now. It's too easy to say someone is crap after they lose. Hatton fought crap, but he isn't crap at all. And his record shows it. He just isn't Floyd Mayweather, but there is no shame in that.
