    Pacdbest Take on Cotto-Mosley.
    Pacdbest Take on Cotto-Mosley

Among the superfights this year, this for me is the hardest to predict. I've been wrong with both guys in the past. I thought Collazo will best Mosley because I thought he's already old. I thought Quintana & Malinaggi Style is all wrong for Cotto. Mosley Proved he's still good. Cotto Proved he can beat a fast & slick Boxers. Both can hit with Mosley have the edge in Speed & Cotto in Power. Both can easily be hit with Cotto showing the weaker Chin. Cotto is younger but Mosley is still the faster fighter.

Cotto already show he has a Big Heart with the way he overcomes fighters who woobled him. Mosley showed he has a Questionable Heart by not beating the guys the beat him in their rematches. Winky is the bigger guy & an excellent fighter but Forrest is no excuse. The same Forrest that was beaten by Mayorga Twice We know now where Mayorga stand in his Legacy. Mayorga is a crude brawler & almost the same size as Mosley. How come he beat Forrest & Mosley Can't beat Forrest

Style wise & Speed wise it looks like Mosley has the Clear edge. But Cotto showed he can beat any style so far. Based on my observation Mosley don't like to get Hit & can't fight while he's Backing up. He lacks head movement too. His stance is too upright which is all wrong for a Murderous body puncher like Cotto. We already knew Cotto's Gear is to move forward & Pressure his opponent. If Cotto can catch a Mallignaggi then I'm sure he can catch a Mosley. Mosley can catch Cotto with a counter but Mosley's Power didn't moved up with him to higher weights.

I could be wrong with this fight but I'm Going with Cotto by a Close Point win. With both of them Trading a Knockdown in a Fight of the Year Candidate fight.

Future big fights Pacdbest2...stop dwelling on former glories.

Let's see if you can maintain your big fight forecasts over the coming year. The only prediction I am sure of is that Hopkins will retire at some point this century. That is all.

Pretty much the way I see it; though I'll go with rd. 8-9 ko of Cintron. And don't forget he'll start crying

I pick mine about 1 1/2 year ago when Pac was still at SFW.

Re: Lets say Pacman vs Cotto 2009
If Pac KOs Hatton and beat DLH, that tells you that Pac can carry his power and Sturdy enough for Cotto. Maybe Arum will be crazy enough to make this fight.

Offence wise Pac can handle Cotto. Pac has longer arms and a much faster guy. Power right now belongs to Cotto but we still have to see the stronger Pac at 135-147. Pac vs Diaz, Hatton/DLH will answer that.

Now we knew how strong Pac is at 140-142, For this fight Pac will be at the heaviest at 145. That means extra power. Roach already revealed what M1P1 virus means, Pac's Middleweight Power. I see another Pac Domination in action Pack fight. Pac by rd 8 TKO.

    NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

It's all very nice that you are a mystical fortune teller who can predict the future, but there is no need to bring up Pac/Hatton threads from a year ago to do so. It also helps a little bit that the only fighter you predict consistently on is Manny Pac. If I had taken the same approach with Calzaghe I might have been known as a bit of a mystic miles too. But as it is, I am doomed with my inconsistent picks.

I'm supporting Manny against Mayweather, so you all better be careful!

The Pac/Hatton was the last fight I ever got too hyped about. I've remained much calmer since then. It was a rather painful loss, and not a fun experience.
