Daniel Santos, he KO'ed Alcine to win a belt last July & it's almost June & I don't see that he's even scheduled another fight yet.

I'd read Sergio Martinez wanted to fight him but Daniel claimed he wasn't given enough time to prepare. Then on boxrec I saw he was going to fight Mayorga on May 30th but with Mayorga, he may have backed out of it too. I'm surprised Santos doesn't just fight or at least defend his title so he can let people know he's a viable guy & one of the champs. Maybe he should fight Paul Williams - 2 lefties who can both claim nobody wants to fight them.Daniel's case I think is more of being avoided... High risk, moderate reward...

Good stuff...It was an ankle injury then a shoulder injury that kept him sidelined.Jorge Linares has been quiet as of late and went almost a year between fights. I think he's got one coming up in 2 months
