Pacquiao would be a bit nuts to fight Mosley at 147 with a possible Mayweather fight out there. Oscar was a calculated risk but Floyd's a bigger fight than Mosley and Mosley's a true welter, a much bigger guy who'd be probably ten or so pounds more on fight night.

I don't know how much 145 would effect Mosley (142's bad news almost certainly). Anyway if it happened at 145 no matter how Mosley loooked if Pac won people would just say it was because of the weight.
