Good stuff, but if i can make a suggestion, you jumped around your topics and points a bit. Being recorded can trip a person up. Try writing down the topics you want to discuss and bullet the items. It has worked for me :-)

Nice effort Bro at least you are giving it a go. I would agree you need to structure it and script a bit more , quitmoving you hand in front of the camera so much and play about with the lighting and lose that hat, with the light behind you we cant see you too good........maybe a good thing...kiddin'
