Good luck. Now if someone from Tesco's ran out and pushed her over or the floor was slippy you'd have a case. Perhaps if the store manager is feeling all warm and fuzzy they may hand you some toothpaste.

Dont know if you'll get any compensation from tesco's mate unless your daughters accident was due to their misconduct of teso's.
