I think that there is a good possibility of Valuev-Wlad, however, it will depend on one factor: who will have the belt between him and Chagaev?
If ever Chagaev retains the belt because it's proven that either he was not sick or that Valuev's camp did decline to take the famous medicine 24 hours prior to the fight, then Valuev is titleless and to give him an ASAP opportunity to obtain one becomes quite attractive. However, if ever the alphabetic soup decides that Valuev has the title, you can be sure that neither Sauerland or the puffy one will ever let him fight Wlad straight away, in which case, Arreola and Povy become, I think, the 2 most interesting possible fights in the circumstances.

I don't think you will see any of the more prominent heavyweight names stepping in at this late stage.
Klitschko did seem adamant that the date would remain, so a "second tier" heavyweight will probably be drafted.
However, if I could pick the fight I wanted tro see I would be interested in Povetkin vs. Klitschko.
I think Povetkin has an inside game, which applied properly could trouble Klitschko.
I think Wlad, like most Manny Steward fighters, relies entirely on the Longer distance, so for me I'd like to see Povetkin vs. Wladmir.

Kevin Johnson, Brian Minto, Odlanier Solis have all called out Wladimir....not that they have a shot. I wish Solis would fight Povetkin honestly neither of them are ready.
Wow guys... I'm a bit behind on the news about Haye. But if they're looking for a new opponent for Vladimir, I say Valuev. I'm dying for the circus freak to get exposed by way of devasting KTFO.
Valuev and Chagaev are probably tops on the radar but I think both Dimitrenko and Chambers should get a look as well as they are fighting for a shot vs Wlad anyway.
I just think David Haye fits in with Povetkin and Solis....he's good, he's talented but has:
#1 NEVER been in with a big puncher
#2 NEVER been in with a top teir fighter
#3 NEVER fought anyone close to Wlad's size or style
Just read that Haye says he hardcore wants the fight but that he would need to postpone it by one month... Let's see what Wlad will say but if some negociations happen for it, I see it as a might go later on this summer.
