    He shouldn't.

But it's not haye that is walking away from the fight all together and you know it.

I'm not saying what Wlad's motives or reasons are, can you show me where I did? 'It' is supposed to mean that Haye isn't the one walking away from the fight, as you appear to be saying that he is.

This thread alone show why is sucks ass all this is happening, it does kinda suck that haye cried his way to this point while others are fighting but now since what's done is done i really wanted to see it. I'm not sure which one of you guys are right or wrong and who cares but one HW fight i actually wanted to see being in limbo just sucks ass.

I think it's better off that Wlad fights Chagaev (who is unbeaten and WBA Champ in recess whatever the fuck that means)....anyway Chagaev is a SOMEBODY in the division David Haye is a nobody!!!

Sure people say he should be able to jump up to heavyweight and fit right in but we don't know that for sure do we? Ricky Hatton had trouble fighting 7 pounds over his normal fighting weight....7 pounds!!!! And Haye's opponents Outside of Mormeck I really don't see anyone that really catches my eye, I know it's the normal thing to say when talking down a fighter "Look at his record who has he fought?" but honestly let's disect Haye's record, his "biggest wins" are vs Mormeck, Maccarinelli, and Monte Barrett that's a very poor list, even for a guy with just 23 fights under his belt. I've heard interviews with Haye comparing Wladimir to Alexander Gurov...WITH A STRAIGHT FACE!!!! It is amazing Haye even got the shot, if not for his big mouth and wins in a PISS POOR division along with the support of Setnanta and Steve Bunce he would be another nobody!!!

Now I WANT David Haye to be someone in the division, I want him to win big fights and have his success but he's never, ever, ever, ever, ever going to beat Wladimir. When Wladimir was set to fight Lennox Lewis and he kept hounding Lennox everyone said "He's not ready" and that was when Wlad had 40 some fights!....well the tables have turned and David Haye is not ready!!!

On Chagaev: I read his Hepatitis B gets worse when he trains and is more contagious. The Finish authorities showed there integrity in not allowing him to fight. I used to like Chagaev but this illness/ disease has weakened him and he is not the force he once was. He struggled badly with the unknown Drummond.

Wlad wasn't ready for Lennox back in the day and never would have been - he would have got sparked by Lennox.

HBO don't want the Chagaev fight they want Haye. Haye is the draw in the US not Wlad.

Rob, inspite of what Steve Bunce may say, David Haye doesn't carry weight here in the US people don't know who he is, or they don't care, and the ones that do know who Haye is want to see him get massacred in the ring.

David Haye isn't ready for Wladimir, he has no experience vs anyone with Wladimir's skill. Steve Bunce can talk shit all he wants to about how bad Wladimir is and how great David Haye is but it's going to be one rude damn awakening when the hammer comes down on that chin of Haye's

    Lyle,

I enjoy Bunce's rants they are entertaining if uninformed. HBO have turned down Wlad vs Chagaev? They were going to air the Haye fight. Haye is a draw to HBO someone they can sell.

The only good thing to come-out of all this is the possibility that Vitali will now fight Haye. Vitali is the main man not his brother and he don't want to fight Maskaev. (Old and shot)

I respectfully disagree with you on Haye's readiness but conceed I'd have liked him to have had 2 more fights to get used to carrying the extra weight. I do see the Klitschkos as beatable.

I am gutted this fight seems to have fallen through. Klitschko vs Chagaev is going ahead just seems to need a US channel. There may be a silver lining and we get Vitali vs Haye. Vitali is definately up for that.

Apparently everyone in England is dying to see David Haye killed in the ring ...what gives? Last time one of YOUR BOYS got KO'd all you Brits were on here moaning about how you "cried all night" and "How dare HBO show Ricky's family as he's lying there motionless on the canvas!"......will you cry when David Haye finally gets his shot (stays healthy) and get's battered from pillar to post

HBO aren't interested in junior's fight with Chagaev. They're not going to show it. Why is that?

Isn't it Haye a Golden Boy Promotions boxer?? This is the only reason I can think of since Chagaev is a much better HW boxer compared to Haye... Sometimes HBO and GBP aren't really helping boxing...

Why the fuck shoudl Wlad be forced to wait when Wladimir wanted to fight in February, he wanted to fight in March, and now David Haye gets some sand in his vagina and wants to postpone until July.....Wladimir is the champion, champions don't wait, champions have a queue of fighters waiting to get their shot and Haye just blew his chance for the moment.

Pretty much the way I see it. If you think about it, all this might of been planned. I would not be surprised if Haye is at home with his people talking about how "I can't believe they actually called my bluff".
