UFC game!

The game is really good. In fact it's even more a simulation than something else. you can choose between different combination of styles
- strike : boxing, kickboxing, Thai Boxing
- Grappling : Judo, BJJ, Wrestling

and put the "points" in the skills you want your athletes to be developed. you need to understand every aspects of the fight if you want to have a chance once in the top15.

Indeed if at the beginning, you can survive doing your strikers style, at a higher level, you need to develop a minimum your grappling style.

I love the fact that there are many parts to the game

- up fighting (strike)
- Clinch (wrestle and muya thai)
- ground (judo, ground and pound, wreslting)
- submission (bjj, judo)

Really a good game, even if I haven't played to the online stuff.

Just out of curiousity, how can you say it's good if you haven't played it?

I've never played the Online game, but I played a lot with UFC before I wrote my post :-) I meant I played only VS the IA and not versus a Human player.

in my mind its a good game but like all games it has its flaws

the good thing about it, is that the game play is really good, and it has almost allthe fighters in the ufc, graphics are cool too

the flaws are that career mode is kinda gay in my mind. first of all u dont age at all which is stupid because what age u put in when u create ur fighter is the age u going to be for the rest of ur career.

second flaw is that they wont let u play more then a 7 yr limit in the game, this is because they dont any1 maxing their stats for online play

third training and sparring has no difference wat so ever and gets pretty easy and boring after a while.

all in all i like the gameplay but career mode sucks ass, ur stats are so low that when u face top ten fighters u get ur ass whooped

also i would like to say that i think the gameplay in this game is more fun then fnr4, which i couldnt believe since fight night had 3 previous games.

fnr4 feels like 2 mockeys fighting, it just doesnt feel right.....lol

i wouldnt mind answering questions if u have any man, but i dont think this game is worth 60 bucks

I've never actually played COD but I've seen so many people play it. I wish I was good cause everyone around me is sick at it and I would just get owned.

FN4 would be worth it in a boxing fan's perspective. I haven't made my final review of the game until I play the actual thing. The demo was OK, but they will make some tweaks before it's released for real.

I do admit that $60 per game is getting crazy. I used to have 20 games and realized that I spent at least $1200 on just software for the PS3!!!
