In 2003 there was a special about this case that a former prosecutor commented much on. I was in the middle until I saw this special and I was appalled. The former prosecutor said no way there should have been a conviction and most of Tyson's evidence was not admitted in court. Not admissible: the fact that they agreed to get together at a hotel later, he called her at 2:30am and she agreed to come to the hotel, she laid in bed with him and made out then went to the bathroom took out her tampon and got back in bed with him, she did ask him to walk her out after sex, she said she was a virgin even during the trial but she lost her virginity to an ex-boyfriend who she also accused of raping her because she didn't want to face her strict father, she had an agreement with her lawyer for a 50/50 split of suing for an amount of $2million if they got a conviction, and also the 911 call. She waited a day to not go to the police station but call 911. And they wouldn't play the 911 call in court. The 911 call itself was unbelievable. Even the former prosecutor said knowing all this information only after the trial would be like handcuffing the defendant before the trial. Wanting something and making sure it happened.
