found a really good analysis. the guy seems to know his stuff and makes a pretty good prediction.
LOL, comparing Cotto and Tyson![]()
Some of that I don't totally disagree with but I had to turn it off after that. Cotto has better defense than that guy is giving him credit for and Clottey is not Pernell Whitaker.
Not to say I would be shocked by a Clottey win, just don't agree with that guy.
I am going with Clottey, he will need to KO Cotto as I don't believe the judges will give him a decision.
Having some second thoughts but sticking with Cotto to sharp shoot and out box Clottey and win by about 4 rounds.
Not loosing sight that aside from a few non descript rounds to get his mental edge back against Jennings,Cotto may still very well have some deep questions off of Tony defeat.Either way he answers them tonight, and I think he will look fluid. He look to be improving, nice movement and jab has become very sharp.
Clottey.Has everything physically.Tight d,straight diverse punches, solid beard, endurance, etc but my biggest question is will he mentally be willing to walk through Cottos stuff to get to him and push him-keep him back?In with Zab he closed the show and had some nice pressure, but he needs to assert himself and initiate, and go to that body!I think Cotto can be forced back into that bad habit of riding the ropes...danger zone!!Should fight smart but not wait around on Cotto.
Initially when the fight was announced I thought Cotto would beat him easily but as the fights got closer I think Cotto has a 60% chance of a victory and that would be a UD
It's gonna be a controversial draw.
Cotto will win pretty easily, he will may'be lose a couple of rounds here and there, but overall Cotto should win pretty easily. Cotto's legacy will grow after he beats Clottey.
