Why wouldn't he be, IMO he is one of the best fighters in world, and he has it all, great boxing skills, power, and speed. He is truly a great fighter. I don't see why Vic is ahead of Cotto though he is nothing special IMO.

You're totally right about that... Donaire is a complete package, a bit of everything... boxing skills, power and speed...

After his next dominating and impressive win, he will probably climb up cracking the Top 5 P4P list...

What? Totally disagree. He beats everyone. He was the underdog in his last two fights and beat down p4p Mijares and pummelled Arce into a pulp. During that time span, who has Donaire beat? If he beats King Kong, he should jump above Donaire.

Forget about Vic's accomplishments. The fact that matters most is DONAIRE BEATS DARCHINYAN ANYTIME IN ANY WEIGHT CLASS.

If they rematch in the future yeah but it hasn't happened yet so Vic should be ranked higher than Donaire currently.

Actually, Darchinyan needs to defeat Donaire in rematch to be ahead of him. I bet the Ring sees it that way too.

Why? Vic has gone on to achieve more. Don't get me wrong I'm a big Donaire fan, but I don't think his achievements since his win over Vic warrant a higher place in the P4P, when Vic moved up in weight and unified the belts with impressive victories. Your logic, once again, suggests that we should discount Pacquiao's achievements since his losses, and that Medgoen Singsurat should be ranked above him until Pac avenges the loss.

I think it is rightfully deserved, I have been on a high opinion of this kid long before he ever beat Vic, he is a complete package, he boxes, he has power, he is fast he has a solid chin.

Hard to argue with his in ring results as well...If he was a few weight classes heavier he would be a big star

aside from Darchinyan who has Donaire beaten to deserve the #10 spot, much less the #7 spot, IMO the Ring's P4P list has become a joke, Marquez finally fought and it was against a bum, Izzy hasn't fought in over a year yet both are ranked above Cotto , i say that their rankings are ok up til Mosley, after that it's pretty much just a mess, and yea Darchinyan should be ranked above Donaire, since his loss to Donaire he went up in weight and beat Mijares to become the Undisputed Champion in his weight class, then blew Arce away, what has Donaire done, and against who?

bzkfn, your opinion on this is quite puzzling. why would you compare medgeon-pac to a donaire darch scenario, when darch is waaaay ahead of medgeon in terms of greatness?
quite frankly, darch avoided nonito. the fact that he avoided him proves nonito is the real deal, and everyone on the ring mag acknowledges this. how a fighter is avoided by the elite should be one of the criterias on how a selection is made for inclusion to the list. i guess that's one of their criterias, really. darch could really have achieved more imo,if he accepted an immediate rematch from nonito. wanna know when that challenge happened for the first time? after darch fully recovered being wasted on their fight, getting up from his corner, while the media have to force vic for an interview right there and then inside the mat, which vic was reluctant to because of the shock and shame he obsorbed (with the thrash talk and cockiness during and before the fight). did he really achieved more? he run from his greatest fear. you can make an argument that nonito could have achieved more only if arce, hussein, mijares and montiel accepted his offer for a fight, which they did'nt. and that's a fact.
my question for you bzkfn,in terms of courage who do you rate more? nonito or vic?
