I would go with this against Brazil

    Altidore

    Donovan Adu Dempsey

    Bradley Torres

    Boca Demerit Gooch Spector

I just want Bornstein out. I've been reasonably impressed with Spector.

Spector is a solid player! I think Maurice Edu needs some run before Torres.

We have a good core group of young talent, but they have got to step it up!!!

I also don't think any of our strikers are good enough to work up front alone...Altidore is good but he needs help.

Yeah but who do we have over there that can help him? I'm not sure Casey helps that much, having Adu and Donovan in behind him might help more.

The one thing I like about Torres more than Edu is he keeps possession better, is generally more skilled as far as touch, dribbling, passing, etc. Edu is clearly a better ball winner/destroyer type. But I thought Bradley did a pretty good job of that the other day. Thing is for Bradley to play Adu in a attacking mid type role he'd probably want Bradley and Edu in there to shore up the defense.

I say you move Dempsey up front....Clint is a good distributer of the ball and with Jozy at striker and Landon at CAM he'd have plenty of options to pass and he could also take some of his own chances. ALSO we could consider pairing Altidore and Adu up front....Freddy is creative as hell and he can put the ball away too, only we would give away a lot of size with Freddy not being much more than 5'8 or so.

I just think giving Kenny Cooper a shot even as a guy who can come off the bench late as we press and get corner kicks, is a wise idea.

The coaching and on the field play have been bad, we haven't attacked, we haven't controlled the pace, and we just haven't finished our chances.

I agree for the most part. Surprisingly enough I think we did two out of three fairly well for the first half against Italy, we just didn't finish chances.

I also think our guys need to get the fuck over playing in "hostile environments" I understand Tico's was astroturf but get the fuck over angry fans who throw stuff at you and shout at you!!! Boston goes into Yankee Stadium and they aren't affected by the stadium, The Florida Gators go to UGA and LSU and they don't cry and whine about it, UNC goes to Cameron In-Door Stadium and they don't care about rowdy fans....get over it!

The guys we need to use more: Adu, Cooper, Altidore, Feilhaber, Spector, Edu and this new kid Jones

The guys we need to use less: Mastreoni, Beasley, Ching, Davies, and Casey

This lineup is a joke. I wouldn't be surprised if we lost 5-0. Fire him now.
