Kel, I read in the Jackie Chan autobiography (yup, I was that big of a fan!). He said him and Benny Urquidez, the guy he fought at the end of Wheels on Meals and Dragons Forever, had so much chemistry together fight-wise that some of the fights weren't completely choreographed. The director just let them go and they just pulled their punches.
Have you seen the factory scene in Dragons Forever? Jackie Chan and Yuen Biao just rocking everyone in their way! Classic!

No subtitles but you don't need to know what the hell they're saying anyway.
The playground scene in Police Story 2 is sick! I like the fight in the mall in Police Story 1. So violent!

That scene of him kicing the tree over and over was great. And Double Impact was actually very original with storyline and he did good in that. Bloodsport in concept was great but too bad they couldn't have found someone else to play the role, guess there wasn't anyone else.
Unless, I'm thinking of another movie, but that really bothered me.
