    I'm very excited about this!

Bilbo and Diane and all the other fans, GET READY!

Bilbo, not sure how long it takes for you to get the first episode, but I promise not to breathe a word about plot until you are on a schedule.

Thanks BG, I was hoping the official DVD's of the first series would be uploaded by now somewhere so I could rewatch them before the new series but I havn't been able to find them anywhere yet.

ButI can't wait for the new series, with hopefully Dexter to follow shortly after.

I had to kind of slog through the first season of DVD. I liked it at points. I guess the actor who plays the main vampire annoyed me. The way he said sookie grated on my nerves.

Well I 've been waiting to post on the first show of the 2nd season, to give Bilbo some time to watch it. So Bilbo, if you haven't seen it yet, stop reading!

Thank God Lafayette is not dead!!!! At least not yet. Hmmm, he's in the basement of Fangtasia, where it looks like that's where they are keeping people that have done wrong against vampires. So I guess they are putting them on trial in front of other vampires? Maybe since Lafayette only took blood from Eddie, and didn't kill him, he'll get off easy. If there is easy with vampires.

I was LMAO when that redneck confessed to Lafayette that he let his campmate blow him when he was 15. I also thought it was funny as $hit that Eric came down with foils in his hair from having highlights done. Well, it was funny to me at least.

So who else thinks Maryann killed Miss Jeanette?

And what exactly is Maryann? Is she the Grand Poobah of shape shifters? We haven't seen her shift yet, just vibrate, so I don't know, but Sam is sure scared of her. I read that she is going to cause lot's of havoc this season.

Jason turning to religion? WTF!! But I also read that things get pretty funny between him, the pastor, and the pastors wife.

And Bilbo, I'm sure that you were loving seeing Sookie naked.

And here, I thought you would like this pic of her.

Enjoyed the season premier.. Sookie looked great at the end of the show!!

Anyway, i really don't even think there is too much to speculate on considering the first show was sort of an introduction to the series and besides answering a few simple questions it was sort of slow..

we know lafayette isn't dead (main question from last season).

we know sam/maryann had a past (already knew)

we know maryann is some sort of shapeshifter or something, but still don't know what.

we know that the newly turned vampire girl that lives with bill will be crazy.

i hope that the next few episodes are less draggy and more action and story telling. I felt like each episode last season still carried the story along nicely, but it was also really entertaining and kept you intersted.

and bilbo, i think dexter starts at the end of the year, can't WAIT for that.

for the shows that i watch, True Blood, Dexter, Entourage, Lost, True blood may start to drop to the bottom, next to Entourage, where i consider them just shows you can watch week to week for entertainment but not really get into the story too much..

heres to a good season two!!

Yes I've seen it now. I enjoyed it especially the sex scene which I will watch again....and again.

Actually its an example of how easy I am to pervert, I mean I found him biting her neck and sucking her blood quite erotic, I actually genuinely met a girl several years ago called Kimlan who wanted to to drink each others blood (she was a Wicca) and I was off like a shot but if she looked like Sookie I'd be up for it no question, damn I'd drain her and she could drain me

Ouma has kind of ruined Bill for me now as I keep laughing now every time I hear him go 'Sookie!' it is annoying.

And the way he speaks I have to say reminds of JT Rock soooooo much (just joking buddy watch the show and you'll get what I mean ) I mean the 'For all the ways I have dismayed, aggrieved and failed you I swear I will atone....' is exactly how I imagine he'd talk to his girlfriend if he got caught cheating or something, not that he would ever cheat of course

JT I'm just messing buddy no malice implied

Looking forward to the rest of the series.

Actually just caught an interesting comedy show this week, the Life and Times of Tim on HBO. Downloaded the first season and I pissed myself its hilarious stuff.

    Here's a clip

Check it out if you like the look of it I loved it

Well I won't talk about the episode yet, so that Bilbo has time to find it, and watch it, but I will say, that as soon as Lafayette gave out that email address, I thought to myself, "I bet Bilbo will try using it to see if it's a real email address".

Let me know if it is Bilbo.

Darn I don't have any internet to download now Can't keep up with the Gossip but at least when I get my internet running again properly I can watch them all in the row instead of having to wait a week between episodes..

    All that anticipation and waiting

I was tempted to read the spoilers here as a couple of loose ends at the end of the last season but I can't spoil it...

Oh, I have one question though that someone can rep me with the answer and don't lie, is Lafayette dead? He was crazy and one of the most interesting characters on the whole show so I don't think he'll be dead but it seemed like it..

I"m not even watching it so don't really have much to add but I think Bilbo would know not to look on the thread after Sunday nights till he actually sees the episode.

True.. i officially deem posts beyong this point as SPOILERS!!! Don't read if you don't want to know!.

With that said.. HOW AWESOME OF A VAMPIRE WOULD LAFAYETTE BE?!?! I hope that this happens.. Also the scene with the new vampire girl was AWESOME. Especially when Bill came. You finally saw a bit more of what he's capable of.

I was a bit dissapointed with the maryann thing. she can turn Sam back into a dog, and probably other shifters into what they normally turn into i guess?...

WHICH brings up the question.. WHO WAS THE PIG?! Could it have been the guy that is trying to get with Tara (i forget his name).

All in all, i really enjoyed the second episode and thought it definitely kicked it up a notch like i hoped it would!
