Hatton stops khan in 8.No way Khan can take hattons body shots.Khan will cause Hatton problems in first few rounds but Khan is not that hard to get close to and will get bullied on the inside.

Question Re: Hatton v Khan - who wins?

Considering the fact that Hatton was obliterated by Pacquaio in his last fight. And Con would be coming off a loss to Kotelnik. Would this fight still be big in the UK?

Apart from Malignaggi who? & Khan has handspeed on the level wit PBF & Pac, certainly quicker than Malignaggi or Collazo. Morales was also only 30, fact is different fighters age differently. Hatton took big shots off some of the best, and its got to a point where he's paying for it & his lifestyle outside the ring
Amir Khan may have the speed, but he doesn't punch like Manny Pacquiao. He doesn't have Floyd Mayweather Jr's defense. He doesn't have anywhere near either guys chin, and he can be hurt to the body as Michael Gomez showed.

I think it depends on how Ricky Hatton does in the early rounds, if he can get past the early flurries by Amir Khan. I full expect Ricky Hatton to give Amir Khan a beating to the body and stop him in about the 8th round.

Im suprised people are picking Amir Khan so easily, when he has such a fragile chin. Beating an old undersized MAB who was a bloody mess in the opening seconds, who didn't even have a chance to get into the fight. Plus the fight should of been No-Conest, didn't really impress me at all.

    Exactly

bet anyone on here that once amir does start mixing it with the big boys at 140/147 he steal malignaggi`s "powderpunch" status.

Khan wouldnt be able to hurt hatton in a million years, Hatton could knock khan out with one brutal attack to the body

I understand Hatton is your God. So you tend to go over board when you suck his dikk. But if career Lightweight Lazcano can hurt him you don't think Con can as well?

Oh yeah, regardless of there status on the World Stage (win, loose, draw etc), this fight would be MASSIVE in the UK.

We love a good 'Ol domestic.

Their like the only two fighters in the UK who pretty much everyone is familiar with. This would be BIG business.

Even when hatton was banging out the likes of mayweather/castillo you were on his back all because you want some attention to fill your sad miserable life.

I suggest you head to the pac forum. Youve much more chance of getting more bites than you will on here

No way Hatton comes back from that humiliation job by the Pacster. A couple of solid shots he's going down from anyone (barring powderpuff Paulie).

Problem is, Kotelnik will be sparking Khan, so the fight wont happen anyway.

Yes he'll be back. I'm saying he'll get humiliated again when he does come back.. unless they find a serious powderpuff job. And that's not Khan.

He got beat by the 2 best fighters of the last decade

You cant base that when comparing him to second tier fighters like bradley/campbell diaz etc.

Hatton will end his career infront of 70,000 brits by rebecoming the light welterweight champion of the world!!

Theres still 2 Huge Domestic and possible World title fights for Hatton in Khan and Witter if he chose that route.

Would love to see both those before he retires and both on home soil.

Think he owes the fans that much and would still make Millions.

The Gate reciepts at any Hatton fight in a Football stadium would be ridiculous.

There's no disgrace in who Hatton lost too, it's how he lost. I don't believe he'll be able to recover mentally from little Pacster humiliating him. He said he doubted himself against Lazcano because of the Floyd loss, but believed he was UNBEATABLE at 140. He knows that's not the case anymore. He doesn't have no more excuses. I don't think he will react very well the next time he is clumped.

    sure would

rule out both witter and khan straight away

As ive been saying for years with guys like hatton/calzaghe they would never turn their backs on mega rich fights on HBO/Showtime for in comparison pennys from the likes of sky sports.

Clazaghe wont fight froch/woods, hatton wont fight khan/witter
