in the end yes. but you have the wba belt. do want to fight the wbc champ , lose , then trying to get another shot(2-3 years later, if ever)?
If, hypothetically, such an event as this came through, then it would have to be done with the full co-operation of the governing bodies, and especially would have to see the governing bodies make such an event mandatory for the boxers, so that if they don't fight, then they forfeit the title, or if they are injured (those sprained fingers could be viral!), then they have to be lined up for a fight with the unified champ.
