hey guys
anyone got any good workouts for abs, im doing alot more cardio recently and boxing trainings tough on the cardio and high intensity work so im gonna be burning some fat away.
so far when i use the gym at work after a circuit i'll do
3 x 10 decline crunchs
3 x 10 knees to chest while holding myself up
3 x 10 reverse crunchs, hanging off bench, legs from floor to high
but if someone can suggest a good workout i can do which is better for me then please do, i normally get about 45 mins in the gym at work most lunchs
