Um... its when the fighter is not able to competently defend himself that the ref steps in. Camacho WAS DEFENDING HIMSELF!! He was ducking and slipping punches and letting his opponent punch himself out. Very Bad stoppage, and DO blame the referee he fucked up a potential undercard classic
