I read in the ring magazine a few years ago that vargas has some problem with his thyroid gland and blows up inbetween fights. I'm not exactly sure what the condition is called though

I just thought it's kind of funny that the Hatton fans are dissing another fighter or exfighter about their weight issues. Vargas is retired and living the good life. It is his life and he is not hurting anyone.

No kidding. I think alot of fighters spending a whole early lifetime watching weight and struggling to make weight have the right to do whatever they want when they retire.
Some posters on here have never been a healthy weight.
