Crazy here, would have been nice to stop and hike, but we didn't have the time, pretty amazing looking spot.

Colorado's wine country, got absolutely smashed doing wine tasting. It was an amazing place, fresh peaches and cherries with vineyards stretching for miles. It's definately a place I could see living. Stayed in
a bad ass B and B the owner had just graduated from Culinary School and it showed.

    No Name, Co
    elevation: 10,000 ft.

Gotta be the most amazing rest stop I've ever been to. Tons of biking/hiking trails lush greenery rests on red rock.
The river is the Colorado, the source of most of my home state's water.

    Vail, CO
    elevation: 10,500 ft.

Playground of the rich, crazy place. I felt really out of place there. A bean burrito was $20. The rooms to stay there were a bargain at $500 a night because it's offseason. Beautiful area though. Vail Village is not accessable by car and you have to walk through it.

The last town before you enter Rocky Mountain National Park. Home to the Stanley Hotel (where Stephen King wrote the Shining), which doesn't exactly look creepy during the day in the summer.

Looks like it was a lot of fun Killer. I loved the pics of the Rockies National Park (I think that's what it's called) you posted on Facebook.

I really want to go there now.
