I am pretty sure it is a political thread by nature considering the OP. People rail against Palin all the time in regards to policy and refer to her as stupid. I just don't understand the hatred this person initiates. Why hate someone b/c they disagree with you? Why is someone stupid b/c they don't follow your idealogy? If this doesn't apply to you than disregard but it describes some of the above posters. You say this isn't the case with you specifically yet you don't really seem to be able to articulate your dislike for her in specifics.

Ok dude, if you want to dispute my position by using Ad Hominem, suit yourself. Yes, I disagree with her policy, and I consider he stupid. Satisified? I already said I'd still be dismissing her if she was a democrat, well there ain't too much I can say. And if I were only dismissing her because she was a far right republican, then I'd have to do the same for all republicans wouldn't I. But I'm not dismissing al republicans. Ok well now I look at the last point and you are saying "if this doesn't apply to me then disregard?" You mean you can't decide that for yourself. You were responding to my posts were you not? Or was that just co-incidence? And no, I don't feel like getting into a debate with you about why exactly she is stupid and/or incapable. If you haven't reached that conclusion already, then you are not likely to be convinced by anything I say.

p.s. OP means original poster does it not? if not disregard my first comment. And just because this thread is about her abilities as a politician, that doesn't mean my OP (original post) was motivated by political ideology.

Somebody shit in your cheerios this morning CGM? Kind of billigerant today. The OP (original post) pretty much makes this a political thread as I said, while Lyle in only the way he can made it a partisan thread. You continue to bring up republicans/democrats as well. I wanted to redirect back to my first post. Why do people so strongly dislike Palin? Quite often I hear a lot of name calling but little substance as to why the hatred.

Now let's not go blaming me for making this a partisan thread, my original post was just an attempt to explain Palin's popularity. Also me comparing Palin to Joe Biden was only to show that whilst the Democrats were calling Palin "dumb" and "inexperienced" they went ahead and voted for the "Inexperienced and Dumb" ticket Obama 1 term Senator and Joe Biden who might be slightly retarded
