Presumably, that bout will take place in Ward's hometown of Oakland, Calif., or in that region. Presumably, Kessler will have settled his differences with Palle or gone to another promoter.
The fourth bout is supposed to take place Jan. 30 in America with Abraham facing Dirrell. Abraham has long wanted to campaign in America, so this also makes sense.

Where are nothing to suggest that a trial will prevent Kessler to stand up for next week's press conferences in New York. London, Copenhagen and Berlin to announce that he will fight Andre Ward in the U.S. in November
I do not think a trial will prevent Kessler to fight. Not if he is to fight in the U.S., where a Danish injunction will not apply
If Palle wins in court it'll apply to Kessler's bank account.
..in what ever county he is bringing suit. Hopfully Kessler is smart and doesn't keep all of his money in Denmark.

Palle isnegotiating with Sauerland promotions to take kessler's options over. Sauerland have made a low offer and Palle has told them to up it or he'll go to court, or at least not withdraw from the impending court case. Probably the whole thing gets settled before they end up in court.

But Palle also said, if Sauerland offer does not improve, he will take the case to court

It doesn't matter where the money is, if you lose a contractual dispute and you won't pay the amount a judge awarded he can freeze your assets anywhere in the world.

Not true. It's called jurisdiction. Not all country's have treaty's with others, in which they respect each others judgments. If Kessler has his money in the Cayman Islands, how in the world would a Danish court get to it?

In fact, in the US alone, a person may have trouble enforcing a judgement from one state to another.

If he tries hiding his money anywhere they'll just suspend his passport till he pays up. Any case decided by a national court in an EU country carries the full force of European law. But it doesn't matter anyway, tax havens are only good for hiding money the authorities don't know about. If Kessler transfeered his dough to the Caymans or Switzerland it'd leave a trail and the authorities just follow the trail and apply to the bank where the money is. Plus since the financial crisis nobody is helping anybody hide money anymore, even Switzerland are currently in the process of handing over the details of tens of thousands of American Swiss account holders to the IRS.
