I'm really just having a little fun here BUT knowing Tony Margarito as I do I refuse to accuse the guy of cheating when no one can prove any wrong doing other than a harmless though illegal pad in his wraps. Just about all the writers and experts who are more privy to the inside info believe this guy put his contemporaries in harms way with loaded gloves. The info that you ignore proves it, let alone all the other ambiguities suggest he cheated more than he didnt.

Nah JT . All Tony did wrong was beat the living daylights out of Miguel Cotto when he wasnt supposed too. He cost a lot of people a lot of $$$$$$$.
He put the fear of hades up DelaHoya & Mayweather so they wouldnt fight him and ran like fairies.
All theyve got to do to put an end to all this is Rematch Margarito & Cotto.
The eyes of the world will be on them, & a fair fight will take place.
If Margarito beats Cotto again BADD!! Then he's off the hook Cotto has his chance to get revenge. Thats the only way I see
