Mayweather's not a true welterweight anyway. Not that big a deal. If it was Mosley or Cotto I could see your point, but Mayweather is the smallest "welterweight" in the division. So I have no issue with that

No true welter could fight any lower than welter, Ricky Hatton is a true light welter and couldnt fight any lower, doesnt mean hes the best though but he couldnt fight any lower, whereas Cotto and Mosely both fought at lower weights, infact Mosely needed steroids to get to the higher weights
