Possibly it's a bluff to kep his name out tehre because at the moment we all know the fight isn't happening.

He may have shot himself in the foot though... he's in danger of appearing too confident and I don't think that Roach/Pac will want it.

More likely - 140 won't happen... They want the fight to at least masquarade as a Welterweight one for that belt and to appear to be genuinely in the WW mix, so they have to come up with a catchweight... if Mosely seems over confident he isn't too big to hit it then I really don't think any fight will come off.

At least he can say he offered to come all the way down to 140 though
