    Default Remembering IKE

What promise I saw in Ike Ibeabuchi. I just need James Kirkland to see the missed opps of past fighters. Nobody is perfect so lets not pile on a man while he is down. I just hope he gets it back together. Im pushing for James. Back to IKE, I saw something special in that fighter. What's your thoughts

Hey, Ike was a tremendous loss for the sport. The Tua fight alone was worth something.

He was mentally ill if I remember. It's a shame, because this guy had a lot of potential.

Ike could have been something special, I can't see him beating a properly prepared Lennox, but besides him, I saw Ike beating Holyfield at that point, and Tyson and everyone else around.

James Kirkland IMO doesn't have the same potential, I never found him that impressive, too easy to hit, not a granite chin, and he was flawed fundamentally, I don't think he would have made it much farther than he did, kind of reminds me of Miranda, and I was saying Edison was way overrated while so many people on here thought he was the second coming.

    Is Ike dead?
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
