Stevie should have pleaded guilty, he is definitely going to be found guilty. I do think he will end up getting community payback hours to do though.

He definitely IS guilty, you can see that from the footage. If he was an average guy he would be about to get at least a year, at best probably 2 years probation. However, I doubt he even gets found guilty & if he does he gets some piss-weak sentence.

he admits he threw 3 weak ass punches, one landed (forget what the prosecutors said about being a professional boxer type punches), his other mates did the damage which they admitted to. No way will he get to go to prison, first offence and only partly at fault.
