Haye probably not by intention has the easier option against Valuev and I really think Haye will batter him as he is starting to age and the punches he takes seem to be taking a toll on him.

But see if they make him a title then of course David Haye will walk out on Valuev and say John Ruiz is the most dangerous heavyweight and that he didn't want to fight for "slave wages" with Valuev.
