Off the top of my head I'd say Tyson.



I love that body to head combo. Other than Tyson I hardly see anyone throwing that combo except for maybe Tommy Morrison.

Juan Manuel Marquez throws a good lead uppercut. Antonio Margarito's uppercut isn't too shabby either.
