This friday up and coming I will be getting pissed in Vegas. That good enough ?

I'll pass the barman a tip and he will. Thing is he aint doing nothing illegal. Cuz back in my country it's 18 to drink and I will be 18.

He would be doing something illegal though because you operate under the rules of the country you are in.

Although I do think its a bit daft to not allow people under the age of 21 to drink. They can marry and have kids and yet they cannot legally order a beer. Seems a bit silly.
