This is what happens when you don't raise the two together. She is battling for the alpha position. Perhaps its because you show more attention towards the smaller dog. If you're keeping the small dog inside and the GSD outside, that's a another reason that she may be jealous. The small dog is around the family more, this has made the outside pets extremely jealous.

I wouldn't destroy her, because its basically all your fault to be honest. This is what happens when people don't understand the animal before getting them. I would suggest you simply keep them separated, A question is why would you consider destroying her and not the smaller dog? Although neither deserves it due to your ignorance in the area...
