You're not doing anything for your legs or lower back, the only element of your core muscle groups that you're really working is your rectus abdominis and you are working the same muscle groups 5 days in a row, without a sufficient rest.
There's nothing wrong with training 5 days in a row but it has to be varied to make sure that you don't become over trained and burn yourself out.
Don't get me wrong, your approach isn't awful but you asked for it to be picked apart, if you're stressing your body like that then it needs time to rest and adapt to those stresses... which it isn't getting if you're going to do that monday to friday.
