He's considered one of the best, if not the best, amateur coaches in the world right now. I remember reading that after the Olympics (where they medalled better than Britain or the US with far weaker resources), those in charge wanted to keep him from training pros so they can do better at the next Olympics & at the world championships. From what I've seen of his corner work, he does look very good & if he does train pro fighters, I'd be interested to see how he does.
