I watched it last night and I don't feel sorry for Resto. People make mistakes, but what he did is unforgiveable. he knowingly beat a guy for 30 minutes with concrete and stated "I wanted to destroy him"
Panama Lewis makes me sick

Sure people make mistakes but having someone slap plaster on your hands before a fight you make a choice right then and there. Luis was about 28 years old, he was man enough to make a decision right as that plaster got put on his wraps and if not then when Panama took the gloves to the bathroom. There is NO WAY you have all that going on and not feel the effects when you're punching another person, hell he SAW the effects of it. I think Luis has low self esteem which is why Panama was able to bully him, but Luis was also tempted by the glory he could have acheived if he wasn't caught.
Panama Lewis is the lowest scum on Earth, he keeps denying what happened, holding out hope so he can get back in the corner and make more money.
Let's take a look at the victims here and there are PLENTY
#1 Billy Collins Jr. - he was destroyed by that fight litterally and figuratively
#2 The Collins Family - they lost a son, a husband, a father and a livelihood
#3 Luis Resto - He lost his career, his freedom, and his name all because of a BET. Yes he was guilty of assault, he knew what was going on and should have stopped it, but he is a shell of a man because of what he did.
#4 The Resto family - they have an infamous name, they have lost Luis as a son, a husband, and father. And they have had to deal with his shame as well.
...the ONLY person to come out on top was PANAMA LEWIS, he's not in fighter's corners but he still trains, he still advises, he still makes plenty of money to buy all that bling he has. Panama should have been thrown UNDER the jail and if you see him walking in your gym BAR THE GOD DAMN DOOR before he sets foot in it!!! If I ever saw him at my gym, I would never go back.
Spot on Lyle. I agree with all of that. Luis would have jumped off a bridge if thats what Lewis wanted him to do. you could even see that in the documentary that Lewis was a con man and manipulator. I dont think Resto is a bad man. I think he had a moment of greed and opportunity at the expense of causing harm to another human being, and the devils agent, Panama Lewis, was wispering in his ear telling him to do it. He did a very bad thing. That doesnt make him a bad person. If he felt no remorse like his counterpart, then he would be a bad person. Resto deserves a second chance. He did his time.

Anybody want to tell Panama Lewis what a scumbag he is, well here's your chance, he's going to be a live guest on the "Through The Ropes" radio show tonight.
TONIGHT: Through the Ropes! | Fightnews - Boxing News Updated 24/7
Through the ropes has started, Lichtenfeld doesn't seem to care for Panama whatsoever, should be a great interview. Anyone else listening??
