4 pounds? just lay off the water a few hours before, don't eat till afterwards and spend all day on the toliet... I'm not goin to reccomend drying up... too dangerous and pointless.

Why 204 pounds? What division is that?

Is 208 the bare minimuim you weigh? what do you do when you weigh yourself?

I walk around daily between 205-210..I weighed first thing in the morning, butt naked. The fight is an post army combative competition and the weight class is 186-204 for LHW. So would sitting in the sauna for 30 min the night before the weigh in help?

186-204 for LHW... never seen that before... thats cruiser as a pro and heavy as an amatuer

Don't know how they do it in teh army if you think you can loose the sweat and rehydrate then do it, personally I never mess with that. should be safe if you can be 205 with out drying up, just don't over do it.
