if Rogan wins, a Haye/Rogan fight could probably be pretty big in England given Rogan's story and well seeing how Haye probably will get passed Valuev, it'll be for the title, so Rogan in a title fight IMO would be huge, a real life Rocky scenario

Rogan is such a Rocky figure that you cannot help but root for him. The first fight was pure drama but what a bitter ending. The mercy he showed when Sexton was out on his feet cost him the fight. I am looking forward to this one.

I think Rogan's got every right to feel aggrieved, the ref handed Sexton the fight last time out, and Sexton's arrogance is cringeworthy. Sexton handed out a boxing lesson last time? Was this at some point prior to the fight cause it certainly wasn't in the ring.
Sexton's mouth as a challenger was really riling me, and a lot of other people, and he hasn't become a shrinking violet after winning the title. I truly hope Rogie can batter him, and no letting him off the hook this time.

I'm definitely rooting for Rogan as are most but I don't find Sexton arrogant. He was brave in going to Ireland to fight in front of an entirely partisan crowd, televison audience and probably even commentary team and he won the fight, whether you agree it was right or not.
Rogan was gracious and humble after the first fight but he seems to have got more and more aggressive since.
I'm not sure Rogan wins, I remember Danny Williams mouthing off to Matt Skelton that he would finish him inside 3 rounds in their rematch fight and then trying to start a fight at the conference with Audley Harrison in the buildup to their second fight and his out of character antics seemed to highlight the fact that he was clearly doubting himself.
Rogan isn't getting any younger and judging by the state of his face at the end of the last fight Sexton won't find him hard to hit.
I think it's a close fight and if Sexton wins I hope he gets some credit, it's not his fault his opponent is the Cinderella Man and the real life Rocky who everyone will be rooting for, and it wasn't his fault that Rogan let him off the hook the last fight, or that the ref stopped it.
I reckon it will be a cracking tear up though and it wouldn't suprise me if the winner got a fight with Audley on his latest and greatest comeback circus.
Really hard to understand with the Irish accent :-)
besides that, I'm sceptical, if he takes it like that he could lose his focus on the ring and will be countered really hard.
But yeah, Rogan is a fresh breath in the division (even at 37 something) :-)

Apparently there's more to this than we see here. Sexton allegedly has been going about trying to use the sectarian divide to get protestants to turn up to support him. He was visiting loyalist murals & according to the chatter on some sites, it's alleged that he made an implication about Rogan being Catholic & his associations. If even a small part of this is true, it not only explains Rogan's fury, it also shows Sexton up as a truly despicable character.
I hope Rogan batters him.

Hardly, I mean it's a fight and they want to get into each other's heads. It's no different to Haye abusing the Klitschko's or Hopkins snatching the Puerto Rican flag, or Roger Mayweather coming to the ring wearing a sombrero every time he fought a Mexican.
It's all pantomime and it sells the fight.
Let's be honest, because of the mutual hatred and war of words between these two arn't you 10 times more excited about this fight than if they were both just being nice and respectful?
I WANT them to trash talk, have to be pulled apart at future conferences and for them to both charge into the other on fight night and try and knock each other's heads off.
I'll be bouncing up and down on my little chair, clapping my hands with glee and gleaming with the nice healthy hew of bloodlust.
