Without a doubt one of the greatest. The Rock was more entertaining and was meant to be but Stone Cold was the king of promos here's one of his FIRST TRUE promos from ECW(after his firing from WCW). This is known as the promo that changed wrestling so here you go

Rowdy Roddy, Hulk and the Rock were all far more entertaining than Austin... fuck I'd even say that Booker T was more entertaining.
The Rock was one of the last great wrestlers... funny as hell... not like all the queers now days... always had his tongue firmly in his cheek

Thing is Austin was never meant to be an "entertainer" he was meant to be hard-nosed, smash mouth and confrontational all of which he pulled off to a T. The Rock on the otherhand was meant to be a showman, entertainer and showboat which he pulled off great.
Both of them entertained but its two completely different styles they both portrayed. CM Punk seems to be the next on his way to be mentioned with them but one can only hope.
