Praying for the man....I'll tell you.I picked up the recent issue of Boxing Illustrated and it really hits you in the gut.....They had a pic of Hernandez alongside George Kimball and both were receiving the 'Bill crawford:Courage in overcoming award.
Seeing him from early 90's and I had to do a double take.Hard stuff! But there he was with that ever present huge smile,poor guy missing his hair and rail thin.But still smiling.Always a champion !

there's a mistake in the article though, if they're referring to Carlos "El Famoso" Hernandez, he's not Mexican, he's from Elsalvador
