Nice one mate, just shows you can't believe everything you read in the tabloids!! Tempted to go out and get that series now , you just cost me some bucks !

It's not a cheap series but totally worth it! The two guys who played Doctor Watson and the fella who played Mycroft Holmes was also very good.

Nobody can touch Jeremy Brett as Holmes, but I agree that Alan Rickman might be able to put a decent spin on the character. Never ever thought of him as a choice before but now I think about it, he sounds quite apt.
