If and only IF Taylor beats Winky (IMO thats not going to happened) I can see him taking #2 spot on P4P list. Yes he have 1 close win over B-HOP( first fight was draw) but I will give him credit and respect for fighting Winky after two fights with B-HOP. I think he is making mistake but boxing fan like me love to see all best fighters fighting each others.
