Yeah, it's a bit of a joke really.
A combination of only moderately talented players with not much desire and heart. I reckon most would be happier playing for their pocket lining clubs than pulling on the green jersey.

Finding Englishmen to help our situation would be like saying you're fed up with videogames, so you're replacing your Xbox 360 with a PS3.
They are in the same boat as us, moderately talented players with no desire at international level who provide epic failures every 2 years.

And don't get me started on the FAI...
