The same company in the 1930's had memo's leaked which detailed their 3 step plan to introduce vaccines to cull the human population.

The WHO has a history of 'accidentally' sterilising various populations around the world, most notably in Africa, again worth googling.

People can scoff at the outlandishness of it all but in retrospect we find out these things did indeed often happen.

It's a proven historical fact for example that the Americans fabricated an attack on the USS Maddox by the Vietnamese to instigate the Vietnam war.
