Another great episode, truly moving at the end, and never in a million years did I ever believe I'd think Lafeytte was awesome but they even managed that too!

The last three episodes have really raised the bar for this show, and I can't wait to see what happens next!

So it looks like Sookie will soon leave Bill for Eric, that's going to make things even wilder.

Can't wait to see what happens to Sam next week either, this season so far has been superb imo.

You didn't like Lafayette Bilbo? Really? He has always been one of best characters on the show for me personally, and he kicked a$$ last night!!

Okay, I'm a girl, and I teared up at the end when Eric was crying over Godric, and Godric's scene with Sookie at the end too.

Is Godric really gone though? I know, I know, he burnt up, but he also said that he would find a way to make amends. So did burning up, take him to some kind of higher level maybe? Will he return to destroy Maryanne as a way to make amends?

So much for Godric being evil Bilbo.

I loved how Sookie didn't argue, and agreed with Jason when he said that he was a dumb fuk basically.

I knew Eric was tricking Sookie right away. Things are going to get very interesting between Eric, Sookie, and Bill. I can't wait to see how this is going to play out.

If it's not Godric that comes back to destroy Maryanne, then I think it will be Sam and Andy together that will. This will help Andy get redemption in everyones eyes, for being a drunk, and for what everyone perceives as him fuking up.

I can't believe that there are only 3 episodes left, and then we have such a long wait until the next season.

Well apparently in the books the reason he killed himself was because of his guilt of being a pedophile so not quite the innocent chap you think him to be

    LOL

Well I didn't read the books, thankfully.

i was bummed after this episode.. sookie is obviously going to be with eric sooner or later, and i feel that that almost makes bill obsolete.. he has no chance against eric as far as physical strength goes, and eric is powerful physically and mentally.. what he wants he will get..

i'm bummed that godric is gone, i really reallllyyy wanted to see him in action more..

best part about last nights episode was when eric said, "get the humans" and bill attacked that one guy.. simply awesome..

maryann is no longer secretive about what she is capable of, so things will start to unravel there..

lafayette is still a badass and prob my favorite character after beating the hell out of eggs..

for some reason this episode made me really uninterested in the show, yet actually really interested to see where it goes with the whole sookie/eric thing.

I really enjoyed the episode but one thing has rather bothered me.

Eric will now always know where Sookie is and what she's feeling, and he knows she will desire him sexually.

So armed with that foreknowledge why did he get Lafayette to drink his blood

Also this surely goes back to my point earlier in the thread about Jessica not desiring Bill. Surely the bond between them would be stronger than the bond between Sookie and Eric

Hopefully when Sookie leaves Bill for Erik he will at least be able to tear up Jessica's little virgin pussy to ease the pain.

By the way I thought Sookie looked really hot yesterday, she's regained her place as the premiere girl on the show ever since that Sarah went mental.

Well we don't know for sure that Sookie is going to leave Bill for Eric. Unless Bilbo you went and found spoilers?

Maybe Eric has other plans for Lafayette, that we don't know about yet.

This is wear we part ways a bit. I like Lafayette. After Sam he is my favorite person on the show. He seems less gay this season that's for sure. I think they just toned it down a bit now that they've established him as a homosexual.

I really dislike Eric. If anyone gives of a queer vibe it's him. Not why I hate him, but it doesn't help.

Yeah I'm warming to Lafeytte now too. This season has been awesome though, I've loved the last three episodes.

Apparently the series is based on 10 books so I'm hoping we get 10 series, that would be sweet!

It's easily my favourite program on telly right now, I just hope when it finishes that they hurry up and pu Dexter and Lost back on so I don't suffer withdrawals.

@ Diane, yeah Jay got in touch with me yesterday, I'll sort them for him when I come back from the V Festival after the weekend..

Well I don't know about Dexter, but LOST doesn't come back until January.

I'm still amazed at how much of a small world it can be, in that we both know Jason.

Dexter is right around the corner.. September 12th or somewhere around there.. the previews (the one 30 second trailer i saw) so far look incredible.

    Bilbo,

You should d/l the episodes of Hung. They are only 30 minutes long, but it is a very good show. It airs on HBO the same night as TrueBlood.

    Not even close.

Hung is okay, but I guess that I expected it to be better. The thing I like the most about the show, is the theme song. It's a song from a local two man band here (Akron), called The Black Keys. They've put out some great music.

    I love Boogie Nights btw.
