First off, it would not surprise me at all if there is some truth to the rumors that Pavlik is out of shape and using the infection as an excuse to postpone the fight and buy himself time. And if that's the case, he should have been straight up during the negotiations and said that he couldn't do Oct. 3.

And I can understand 100% why Williams would be pissed. But Williams needs to realize that he can make more money fighting Pavlik than anyone else, and if he beats Pavlik, he'll have a huge win on his resume and he'll be the middleweight champion of the world to boot. He can wait an extra 6-8 weeks to get that chance.
